"Dummy" nickname

The nickname "Dummy" was typically used in the early 20th century for people who were deaf or who had severe hearing impairment. See Dummy Taylor and Dummy Hoy. Any indication in the sources that Earle Taylor was deaf or hearing impaired? Cbl62 (talk) 12:39, 17 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
