- @Declangi: This is four years late, but thainationalparks.com routinely incorporates Wikipedia material, so this might have been a partial case of WP:BACKWARDSCOPY. Tagging revdel admin Hut 8.5 to please check. --Paul_012 (talk) 04:18, 29 September 2023 (UTC)
- @Paul 012: assuming you mean this edit, there's no possibility this is a backwards copyright violation, the text included numerous links to thainationalparks.com alnog with two mentions of "© Thai National Parks, 2018 | T.A.T. License: 12/02497, license issued for GibbonWoot (Managing Company)". It was clearly taken from them rather than Wikipedia. Hut 8.5 10:33, 30 September 2023 (UTC)
Government Gazette citations
[edit]These are a little confusing. I’ve updated the citation used for the founding date, but that document is about the revocation of part of the park and only tangentially refers to the royal decree establishing the park in B.E. 2518 (i.e. 1975). The full date is not given.
The other gazette citation (for area of the park) is no longer directly available at the URL in the citation and the archive is of the viewer page for the PDF, but the PDF itself is not archived, so it’s fairly useless. I’ve left it in so that it might prompt someone with actual Thai language skills to find it on the gazette website. ⚜ Moilleadóir ✍ 05:11, 20 June 2024 (UTC)
- Fixed. The editor who originally added the date made a mistake and mixed the day and month of the revocation with the year of the original proclamation. --Paul_012 (talk) 11:04, 21 June 2024 (UTC)
- As for the area citation, it's not a gazette document, but a DNP document. The link works fine, it's just the broken archive link that was improperly added. --Paul_012 (talk) 11:06, 21 June 2024 (UTC)
