has its own kind of infamy (fan fiction etc...), should be mentioned here. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 178.189.218.242 (talk) 17:32, 1 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:Silcoon.png

[edit]

Image:Silcoon.png is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

It's Pretty Vacant Here

[edit]

Reference to the Sex Pistols aside, this page is quite the empty desert. The discussion page, yes. Wiki-members should unite as a group to make this page bigger, despite the alleged non-importance of these Pokemon. This could be the start of something big here! I'll look for dubious facts and vandalism, as usual, and report it here. Respectably, 2D Backfire Master (talk) 12:37, 15 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

In vs. Of

[edit]

In the Ludicolo section, I changed the thing about Miror B. from "glamourous afro-headed boss of the game" to "glamourous afro-headed boss in the game". He is the boss, but not the entire boss of the game. Now you see the difference. 2D Backfire Master (talk) 12:41, 15 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Leaks

[edit]

Quick question regarding leaks, are they disallowed because they're considered original research or is there another reason? Jjcooper0811 (talk) 08:16, 8 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

(note: I don't know the specific situation, so I am going to talk generally) - Leaks are generally from a source which is considered by Wikipedia to be unreliable. Yes, Serebii might get his Corocoro magazines early. That doesn't mean that we can use him as a source. We have to wait for the real magazine to be available to be able to source them. As for "early game releases", I have heard that some people did infact receive X and Y a week or so earlier then the intended release date. Because of this, we still can't use anything they say in the article. We are not sourcing the game, we are sourcing some random person's word that the game includes this feature.
