[edit]I heard this episode is going to have a lot of sexual intercourse in it, no kidding! --SilvaStorm
That, as much as I have seen, is not true. Kaosblaze 02:04, 26 October 2006 (UTC)
Did anyone catch the last scene of the coming attractions? Was that one of the greys in the TV screen? Camperdave 02:53, 26 October 2006 (UTC)
- That's what I thought at first. But I thought "they" said that no aliens were involved. -albrozdude 00:10, 27 October 2006 (UTC)
Disambig
[edit]Searching for "Every Man for Himself" goes to the page for a Hoobastank album, with a mention of the Lost episode at the top. Is there any reason not to make it a disamb page instead? I assume this would require moving the other page to Every Man for Himself (album) or similar, along with fixing some links? --Milo H Minderbinder 17:27, 26 October 2006 (UTC)
- I believe that an album would generally have precedence over a TV episode, especially since the album was released prior to the episode. -albrozdude 00:10, 27 October 2006 (UTC)
- Can there be a disambiguation page that links to Every Man for Himself (album) and Every Man for Himself (Lost episode)? BabuBhatt 02:39, 27 October 2006 (UTC)
Original Research?
[edit]"The man with the eye patch in previews for next weeks episode is Marvin Candle/Mark Wickmund from the two orientation videos. In the swan orientation video we see that he has a glass eye and prosthetic arm. Kate finds the glass eye in the medical station where Claire was held when she was pregnant" Do you have a cite for this? Otherwise, it seems to be original research...
Effects of the Hatch Implosion
[edit]I seem to recall that Pickett or Tom stated that communications were down after the hatch explosion. Can anybody please find the exact quote and add the corresponding details to the article? JonathanFreed 15:17, 1 November 2006 (UTC)
Picture is a Spoiler
[edit]The picture on this page is a major spoiler. It should be changed. Elwood00 T | C 22:04, 1 November 2006 (UTC)
- Disagree as you cannot tell what the characters are standing on or what they are looking at. As an aside, who in their right mind would come to an episode page before they've seen it unless they aren't planning to see and are using it to catch up. Beyond a tiny introduction and a trivia section, the entire page is a spoiler. Wouldn't it be simpler to include spoiler warnings on the Lost page around links to the seasons? BabuBhatt 22:09, 1 November 2006 (UTC)
- Same here. If you haven't seen the episode (and the episode has already had its first airing), the entire page is a spoiler. Common sense tells you that any page for an episode of a TV show is going to have spoilers for that episode - if you don't want to be spoiled, you wouldn't come to this page at all. --Milo H Minderbinder 22:42, 1 November 2006 (UTC)
- Then why bother with the spoiler warnings in the text? Elwood00 T | C 13:43, 2 November 2006 (UTC)
- For those that are 'really' silly. I don't think the picture is that much of a spoiler. You certinaly wouldn't realise its significane without watching the episode. codu (t/c) 22:07, 24 November 2006 (UTC)

Who changed the picture? Thats not even from LOST. Put it back. That image is iconic to that episode like the smoke monster and eko are to Psalm 23. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.152.90.187 (talk) 06:09, 7 March 2008 (UTC)
What Karl knows
[edit]'Even Karl, who is an Other, does not know they are on another island. Karl asks Sawyer about his camp before their escape. If Karl knew they were on a different island he would have known he could not make it to Sawyer's camp'
- I'd delete this because it's (1) speculation and (2) wrong. First of all, we saw in the season 3 opener that the Others village is on the main island. Secondly, maybe Karl knows a way to escape to the main island? Or maybe the kids can do Walt's trick..
Fair use rationale for Image:Islands.jpg
[edit]Image:Islands.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Hey there igordebraga, this has been up for a while so I've decided to give it a review.
- "It aired on October 25, 2006, making it the 53rd episode of the series" How does when it aired make it the number of the episode? I think this was fourth episode of third seas, making it 53rd and then the airdate was added later, change it to "is the fourth episode of the third season of Lost, making it the 53rd episode of the series. It aired on October 25, 2006 and was written by Edward Kitsis and Adam Horowitz and directed by Stephen Williams."
- "James "Sawyer" Ford" Could this be just Sawyer throughout the article?
- "considering the episode full of thrills and new mysteries." if you're quoting, you should put quote marks around the words, but you also need to attribute, who is it that is saying this? I can't find it below.
- The lede needs to be expanded from the content below it. Make it two beefy paragraphs.
- The image caption: "Ben uses a rabbit to demonstrate what was done with Sawyer" needs a tweak "Ben uses a rabbit to demonstrate what he has done to Sawyer".
- "hypodermic needle into his chest" inserted into his...
- "as again Desmond" as, again, Desmond
- Unlink future.
- Season 2 should be season two per MoS.
- What was the outcome of Emerson and Holloway's submission for Emmys?
- Shorten the plotsum, it's 700+ words where the plotsum max for films is 400-700 (and this is an episode, less screentime). Try to get it down to 600 words.
Aranea Mortem (talk to me) 17:31, 9 September 2011 (UTC)
Done them all (the plot in particular is now 676 words). Good to see you're back! igordebraga ≠ 02:09, 11 September 2011 (UTC)
- Thanks, and good work, I'll pass this now, do we careful however to pay attention to WP:OVERLINK, links are good, but they have to be in the right places. Good hearing from you again... Aranea Mortem (talk to me) 02:15, 11 September 2011 (UTC)
