I believe that this page was moved without a discussion and I don't understand the space in between the 'F' and 'C'. No football club in the whole world does that and it was obviously an error by whoever moved it. NYC2TLV 03:45, 15 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

F.C. Ashdod → M.S. Ashdod — The name: Hebrew: מועדון ספורט אשדוד, Moadon Sport Ashdod, lit. Ashdod Sport Club, as we don't rename C.D. in Spain/Portugal to F.C., why for Hebrew? It is not the matter of use English, because the MoS of use English not for CREATE a name for it. Google hit MS Ashdod is more than FC Ashdod — Matthew_hk t c 11:23, 9 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Oppose The team crest says FC, UEFA says FC. Contrast with, for example, UEFA referring to Malaga CF.
