Purpose of the page

[edit]

To preempt any discussions concerning merging pages or duplicate content, I want to propose that the purpose of this article is to deal with the limitations and issues faced in the topic coverage in Women in Israel and Jewish feminism#Israel. Women in Israel article is fairly generic and not specific to women's rights movement. For example, the section on notable Israeli women. Also, not all women's organisations and initiatives can be defined as 'feminist'. Jewish feminism covers all of Jewry, not just Israeli Jews, so it is not fit for this topic. Also, feminism for Israeli Arabs fits within the scope of this page. I.am.a.qwerty (talk) 13:40, 23 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]
