Cadre <=> Managers

Isn't "Managers" a very strange translation of "Cadres" in this case? As meant originally, management would basically be the enemy of cadres... "Cadre", when the context is not specified, doesn't have a political connotation in French. It refers to cadre d'entreprise which can indeed be translated to "manager". Note that I tried to explain that in the article but my change was reverted by User:Nvandegiesen: https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Fnac&oldid=1107131601.
