What caused Forest City Enterprises stock to perform so badly after the financial crisis of 2008/9??? Was is over-leveraged? Too much concentration in shopping malls in non-major cities? I mean, a lot of real estate companies have completely recovered and then some (SL Green Realty). What happened to Forest City Enterprises???
