A reference would be appropriate for "Rumors have been circulating about Michalak's sexual orientation" and some context about "nude calandars" might explain why this is notable (and thus worthy of not being deleted). Currently there is almost more about his appearance than about his rugby, especially given the choice of picture and the size of the image. --Telsa 20:15, 6 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Disintegration?

[edit]

During the Argentina/France 2007 RWC playoffs, there were 2 odd remarks from the commentators regarding Michalak - the first being that he 'disintegrated' during the '99 RWC, and the second that he had mental scars during the aftermath of that game. I'm sure that this is probably commentator hyperbole (although the commentators in question are quite restrained), but there must be something behind it... Can anyone shed any light on what happened? 86.27.87.74 02:54, 21 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I presume you mean the 2003 Rugby World Cup semi-final against England where his kicking game was pretty awful.GordyB 15:45, 21 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
That must be it. Ta!86.27.87.74 06:33, 22 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
