I noticed that the link to the report in regard to the Regional Partnerships Programme was broken, so I dug up the new link - . However, in checking the reference, I could only find one passing mention of Fran Bailey in the report, and that wasn't a significant one. So I removed the text that was sourced to it, because of BLP concerns:
In November, 2007 she was named in a report of the Australian Auditor General, in connection with Government use and control of funds associated with the controversial "Regional Partnerships Program".
