ftp: citations

Several of the citations for Climate Data use ftp URIs. What is the proper way of doing that? Currently if you go to the citation, the browser asks to launch an application. (The ones I see are Cumberland, Frederick, Baltimore, Ocean City) Sesquiannual (talk) 00:01, 26 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
