Under Construction?

this building never quite got started!, of all the contruction sites this is one of the highly dubious ones, even by "china standards" i have read through some of the other discussions that argue whether a building (south korea & china mainly) was actually under construction or not, maybe a new status should be possible. something along the lines of "unclear". anyhow, this building and the pingan intl. finance definietly should not be listed as "under construction" unless dubious chinese information practices and their "dirt moving from left to right" are accepted as trustworthy. :) — Preceding unsigned comment added by 217.87.70.12 (talk) 02:22, 3 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]
