Pseudo-crime

[edit]

My position about the pseudo-crime of “psychological subjugation.” (Bitter Winter Magazine): I don't have to have a position, it is a matter of French law, and until that law gets quashed, it remains applicable. I don't have a preconceived position, I'm eager to see what happens. tgeorgescu (talk) 02:18, 20 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

To be more clear: that he is imprisoned is a statement about "what is". That he should be freed is a statement about "what ought to be". tgeorgescu (talk) 20:27, 13 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Tax crimes

[edit]

@MafiaBoy123: The accusation was on the table several times, but AFAIK he was never sentenced for tax crimes. tgeorgescu (talk) 04:35, 24 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]

And why are you defending this criminal? Because looking at the history in the article about him, you appear to defend him several times. Are you by any chance a member of his cult? Because if you are, you have no credibility whatsoever to debate this subject, since Wikipedia was created based on neutrality and from what I see, you are not being neutral at all. You better explain yourself about this... MafiaBoy123 (talk) 11:41, 24 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
@MafiaBoy123: See WP:NPA. The gist: I report both the bad stuff and the good stuff about him. See WP:NPOV and WP:BLP.
E.g. I stated in the article that he was on the EU Most Wanted list, and that he is still on Interpol Red Notice. That isn't meant as puffery.
My two cents: he does not have the mental capacity of being guilty. And his lieutenants are too mesmerized by his mystical delirium in order to be aware they are doing harm. They are like Pinocchio on Pleasure Island.
The pro-MISA accounts which have edited the article have written about my edits. According to them, I denigrate Bivolaru and MISA because I would be a Freemason. And Freemasons want to destroy him, according to those accounts.
If you ask me what will be his fate: the French trial could take many years. And even if he gets cleared of all charges, he will remain in prison, in order to be extradited to Finland. So, it is likely that he will die in prison.
I'm a centrist. So I'm fairly accustomed that both the left and the right accuse me of bias. In other words: I'm neither for him, nor against him. I simply report facts according to the mainstream media. tgeorgescu (talk) 19:40, 24 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Wait, you're telling me that Bivolaru is a Messiah-type cult leader and that they think you're a member of a secret society, is that it? Serious question here: compared to other famous cults, like Scientology in the USA, how big is MISA? And how dangerous and controversial are they? I ask this because MISA doesn't have an article here... MafiaBoy123 (talk) 22:55, 24 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
@MafiaBoy123: I'm not sure he claims he is the Messiah. E.g. he wanted to have sex with 1000 virgins in order to become immortal or to become a god or something like that. Why would he want that if he believed he is Christ?
There is YouTube video about me with a high-ranking Freemason from Romania (he is dead now, due to old age). So, they guessed that I'm a Freemason.
And yes, they think Reptilians and the Satanic Illuminati are against Bivolaru and MISA. And that Freemasons are used for that purpose. Typical paranoid conspiracy theory.
In general, MISA members are non-violent. They do not seem to hoard weapons and drugs. They rely on persuasion and sometimes ordinary blackmail (aimed at the women who seek to quit their brothels). And they aim at getting favors from local prosecutors and local politicians (who would not spill the beans because they received sexual favors from MISA girls). And sometimes they rely on bribes. I don't know in how far is that accurate. That's what the journalist Comaroni says, summarizing decades of journalistic work about MISA done by fellow journalists.
If adult people want to get naked in order to practice Yoga, and maybe have sexual intercourse: it's a free country.
The problem is: what is "freely consented" sex work? France has a different answer than Germany. tgeorgescu (talk) 06:25, 26 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Statistics

[edit]

According to the plugin "Who Wrote That?", I wrote 71.7% of the article. And that's not 71.7% information favorable to Bivolaru, not even close. tgeorgescu (talk) 23:37, 2 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
