[edit]The Ground Crew is an online UFO religion that despite recurrent failures of prediction and consequent transformations has remained resilient, or so it appears. Has enough distinguishable features to be worth editing, so will fill in this entry. Helland is the main scholar and there are other bits and pieces. Jyddcc (talk) 22:17, 11 May 2015 (UTC)
BTW, will be filling this in as I go along - not all at once. Jyddcc (talk) 22:11, 19 May 2015 (UTC)
The category ‘Unidentified flying objects’ has been assigned to this article, but I’d suggest this is not particularly accurate as the article contains virtually no sightings/contact. Suggest replacing this with ‘UFO Religion’, which is the correct category - and so is ‘New Religious Movements’. Jyddcc (talk) 00:27, 21 July 2015 (UTC)
BTW - will indicate when I've come to end of my contribution. Jyddcc (talk) 23:35, 10 August 2015 (UTC)
I’ve finished the entry now At least my contribution. Would emphasise again that the correct categories for this entry are “UFO Religions” and “New Religious Movements” not “Unidentified Flying Objects”. If the reader wants any evidence of UFOs they won’t find it here. Jyddcc (talk) 22:41, 10 September 2015 (UTC)
Merge of Galactic Federation (ufology)
[edit]Galactic Federation (ufology) is slated for a merge here following a deletion discussion, but it's unclear to me what ought to be merged. The lead section is unreferenced and appears to be covered here already. The other section, on Haim Eshed's claim that a Galactic Federation exists, has no clear link to the Ground Crew Project in particular. Pinging prior AfD participants @WeirdNAnnoyed, Grorp, DannyS712, Piotrus, S. Perquin, Hyperbolick, Slatersteven, and 5Q5. voorts (talk/contributions) 18:57, 21 January 2024 (UTC)
- I skimmed through the articles. Ideally, the first part of GF article should be referenced and then both could be merged here. I generally dislike merging unreferenced content, but it is effectively a plot summary - I would not oppose merging all of content, referenced and unrefenrenced, here, under a new heading 'Galactic Federation'. - I agree - I think its better to merge the unreferenced content now and then add references to it at the new name rather than waiting for references and delaying the merge. But, I'm also not familiar with the subject matter so I'll defer to anyone who has a stronger opinion. --DannyS712 (talk) 02:18, 22 January 2024 (UTC)
- We merge sourced content that we do not have here. Slatersteven (talk) 10:59, 22 January 2024 (UTC)

[edit]Alleged new contactee for Galactic Federation is Elena Danaan. It would be good if she is involved in the article. You can find her in YouTube. Elena Danaan's Website 176.40.240.9 (talk) 10:33, 23 September 2024 (UTC)
