Image copyright problem with File:01-Bow Down Mister (A Small Portion 2 B Polite Mix).ogg[edit]

The image File:01-Bow Down Mister (A Small Portion 2 B Polite Mix).ogg is used in this article under a claim of fair use, but it does not have an adequate explanation for why it meets the requirements for such images when used here. In particular, for each page the image is used on, it must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Please check

  • That there is a non-free use rationale on the image's description page for the use in this article.
  • That this article is linked to from the image description page.

First of all, the file in question here is a sound file and not an image file. It can also be found in the Boy George article. Is there a rationale for fair use in his article? If not, it would be to give a brief example of his music, since it is just a brief snippet and would not unreasonably take away any royalties from the performer or the record company that owns the recording, since it is just a small snippet intended for educational use only. I can make the same case for use in this article as well, adding that the song is used here to demonstrate Boy George's praise and promotion of Krishna, as represented in the brief snippet of the song intended for educational use only.
