First name/image
[edit]Name says "Harriet", image says "Henrietta". Same person? If so, are both names correct, or should one be replaced? If image is indeed correct, please add to Wikidata! --Magnus Manske (talk) 16:37, 7 April 2016 (UTC)
More than that, the dedication to the dance, The Godolphin, Mr. Issac's New Dance, made for Her Majestys Birth Day 1714, is (engraved, for Walsh and Hare) to the Lady Harriot Godolphin. Spelling in 1714 was not what it is today. AJim (talk) 21:39, 5 December 2022 (UTC)
See Library of Congress copy of the dance Page 2 has the dedication by Mr. Pemberton AJim (talk) 07:49, 6 December 2022 (UTC)
Succession to Marlborough
[edit]Why she did not become the Duchess of Marlborough being the child of the Duchess (and agnatically senior to the Spencers), comparable to the law of the royal succession (at the time)? --95.24.65.15 (talk) 19:40, 31 March 2024 (UTC)
