Transaltion

I tried to use the Google translation of the German wikipedia version of this page to create this article. I changed lots of stuff to try and get it to make sense, but there are several translation errors due to the differences in sentence structure for the German language, so cleaning is probably needed to get it to make sense. I cleaned it up somewhat. In general, when you're not sure about how to fix something in a machine translation, it's usually better to leave it visibly broken, and tag the article with {{RoughTranslation}} -- rather than guessing at the meaning, and possibly introducing subtle bugs. Thanks, besides the {{RoughTranslation}} tag, that is exactly what I was attempting to do. It looks like you added the translation tag then removed it again.
