Station Built on Freeway
[edit]"It would be the first station to be built on a freeway"
- Aren't Eg West, Glencairn, and Lawrence West built on a freeway? i.e., the Allen Expressway? I know that it is officially the Allen Road, but since it has on-ramps, off-ramps and no stoplights, it really is a freeway. Ground Zero | t 21:24, 20 April 2006 (UTC)
- 407 isn't a freeway. It's a tollway! Nfitz 01:22, 17 June 2006 (UTC)
- Let's be realistic, it won't be built "on" the highway but it will be built under or over it. Not to mention it won't be built the same way it runs along the Allen.
- Canada does not even use the term "freeway" so the language is wrong (American?) they are called highways Kav2001c (talk) 06:13, 9 May 2023 (UTC)kav2001c
