Photographer in shot
[edit]- It is believed that the small figure standing silhouetted in the image is Pattinson himself. - seems to be in a blog entry at the bottom rather than in the source article, unless I am missing something? Cheers, Casliber (talk · contribs) 13:34, 30 November 2012 (UTC)
- mmm, true but unproven - I suspect we can find a source for this claim but a blog certainly isn't it. Removed for now. Chiswick Chap (talk) 13:50, 30 November 2012 (UTC)
- Found a decent source, Ontario's Niagara Parks agency. Added a fuller explanation. Chiswick Chap (talk) 14:06, 30 November 2012 (UTC)
- Fantastic! It was an interesting bit of info, so nice to keep. Casliber (talk · contribs) 20:19, 30 November 2012 (UTC)

Birthdate / deathdate / age inconsistency
[edit]The article's first reference says he was "born on 25th December 1796". The article's last reference says his coffin breast-plate was inscribed with the words "DIED NOV. 11th, 1858, AGED 62 YEARS". The birthdate, deathdate, and age at death don't add up. 25 December 1796 - 11 November 1858 would mean he died at age 61, not 62. Shall we assume the coffin inscribers rounded up on his age, or is it possible one of these sources is mistaken? AtticusX (talk) 02:00, 18 January 2013 (UTC)
- Gravestones and coffins are an unreliable source of date and age information. Our best guess is to assume the other source is more likely to be right. Since after all 1858 - 1796 = 62, probably the undertaker did that sum on the years, and forgot to take into account the Nov - Dec issue with the months.
