@Johnsoniensis: I interpret your recent edits [1][2] as indicating that the 'ap Glyn' component of his name is a patronymic, and not a patronymic surname. This is supported by the {{DEFAULTSORT:Ifor ap Glyn}} declaration. Is this correct? Do you have a source to confirm it? A source that gives his father's name could be persuavive, but possibly not definitive.
