Swat team
[edit]How is it called the "Venezuelan SWAT team (BAE)" in Spanish?? --MaoGo (talk) 18:52, 18 May 2019 (UTC) Done --MaoGo (talk) 18:56, 18 May 2019 (UTC)
- BAE stands for Brigada de Acciones Especiales, Brigade of Special Forces. --Jamez42 (talk) 19:26, 18 May 2019 (UTC)
Location
[edit]@MaoGo: I wasn't aware that the video wasn't recent, thank you for letting me know! --Jamez42 (talk) 19:26, 18 May 2019 (UTC)
- Don't worry, I fell for it too. Leaving it here, if somebody claims it again: [ "Se viralizó video de Iván Simonovis en redes sociales". El Nacional (in Spanish). 17 May 2019. Retrieved 17 May 2019. ] "Opposition members confirmed that the video of the political prisoner and his wife is old"--MaoGo (talk) 19:30, 18 May 2019 (UTC)
- Update: Simonovis seems well and fine, no location though: Esposa de Iván Simonovis muestra foto de reencuentro familiar --MaoGo (talk) 13:09, 20 May 2019 (UTC)
- Another picture without context [1]--MaoGo (talk) 22:50, 9 June 2019 (UTC)

AP article
[edit]Finally a full article on Simonovis odyssey, by AP news], I haven't read it entirely but this information should expand the article and add to 2019 Venezuelan uprising and hopefully to other articles.--MaoGo (talk) 22:45, 25 June 2019 (UTC)
Photos
[edit]@Kingsif: I have seen that you are able to get some photos for other articles, do you think you may find one for Simonovis?--MaoGo (talk) 14:12, 29 June 2019 (UTC)
- If I may add, given that Simonovis is arguably the Bolivarian Revolution's first political prisoner, Simonovis has plenty of images to choose from: the Cúa hostage crisis (his famous Un solo disparo), the Llaguno Overpass shootout, his pictures in jail or, finally, his declarations in the US and in the Congress. In any case, those are my two cents. --Jamez42 (talk) 17:21, 29 June 2019 (UTC)
