It is not clear how this person is notable from the article as it stands now. It says what he does, where hes studied and some of the works he's performed but that could be written of any singer. How does he meet notability guidelines? What sets him apart from other less known or even unknown tenors? Has he won any awards? Have his recordings been on any charts?
