Commissioned?

[edit]

It is very likely that Roush was commissioned. Probably as a JAG officer as his Cong Bio lists service immediately after law school. However, the reference to his military service is a dead link (tagged). Accordingly, his category is best described as US Army personnel (not officer or soldier).--S.
