[edit]This article is based on the text from Christian Heroism in Heathen Lands by Galen B. Royer. Elgin, Ill.: Brethren Publishing House, 1915. That book is in the Public Domain.--Jdavid2008 07:37, 30 March 2007 (UTC)
Type of Christianity
[edit]I know he was Protestant but can we get any more specific than that, I'm assuming Presbyterian but do we know his particular brand of Protestantism? AllanHainey (talk) 15:35, 24 December 2008 (UTC)
- I see now, from the link to congregational churches it looks like he was a Calvinist. I think in Scotland, csrtainly then, they were more likely to be referred to as Calvinist than Congregationalist. AllanHainey (talk) 15:40, 24 December 2008 (UTC)

Tonal Rehaul Needed
[edit]This entire thing reads in a very personal way, not the secular, impersonal tone that Wikipedia tries to employ. A complete "rehaul" of sorts should be done. GunnarBonk (talk) 16:38, 27 September 2023 (UTC)
