Missing stuff
[edit]As the author of this article, I realize that it lacks a number of notable facts one wouldn't find in a press release. These include Fail's indictment for securities fraud, his sparring with the Senate Subcommittee on Antitrust, Monopolies and Business Rights, and his business ties to powerful lobbyists. Anyone is welcome to do some research on nytimes.com and expand this article with such information. However, per Wikipedia:Biographies of living persons, one should be careful in doing so, and I don't have the energy right now. Melchoir (talk) 08:32, 16 December 2008 (UTC)
