the article has been edited to validate the two claims mentioned in the article (1) that she hosts a website and caudal regression syndrome association. (2) that she holds two swimming records.
On the first point, there is another site on line a CRS blog, which also links to the Caudal Regression Syndrome Association. This site is http://caudalregression.blogspot.com/ Is this an appropriate reference? I am not sure if there is a copy right issue with posting it, but permission could be obtained by the blog author. Also, there is another article on the web about this individual. It was removed previously because of a copy right issue. It is possible to get permissions, but the process for doing so for Wikipedia is unclear. This article is at "getupandmove.org" where she is a featured 'inspiration athlete". Is it 'cleaner' to have the host of the blog post the article to eliminate COI instead of the individual (actually an officer of the CRS organization posted the information)? Certainly the goal is to provide information-particularly to parents who recieve a CRS diagnosis about their child, and not to promote the individual. The organizational site has links to more than 6 other people with the same condition. There is no other caudal regression syndrome association, or organization existing. Unfortunately, blogs are not reliable sources. The fact that the individual hosts a website is not notable for the purposes of inclusion on Wikipedia. The swimming honors may qualify. The issue at hand is the username of the account that is editing this article. If you are, in fact, not the article's subject or affiliated with her, then I would suggest requesting a username change here[2].Strikerforce (talk) 20:15, 26 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
