"Unexplained" content removal
[edit]@Apladm: I understand being protective of articles you created, but I very clearly explained why I removed the content. Dexerto and Sportskeeda are unreliable sources according to WP:VG/RS. You also reverted two other good-faith edits. — VORTEX3427 (Talk!) 12:53, 26 May 2023 (UTC)
- I support the removal of content on the same basis. If anything, Apladm's reversion is unexplained and should be accounted for. – robertsky (talk) 16:19, 27 May 2023 (UTC)
- @Apladm: Ginx TV is not a reliable source, either. — VORTEX3427 (Talk!) 22:29, 31 May 2023 (UTC)
2024 Streamer awards and some other content that should be featured.
[edit]Jinnytty did win the 2024 streamer awards for "Best IRL Streamer." I would like to add the link to the official 2024 streamer awards winners page because the original reference used in the article is incomplete and does not list all of the awards or their winners including the "Streamer of the Year" award. Compare the original reference to the official streamer awards page. The original reference was published while the Streamer Awards show was still in progress and before all of the awards were handed out. Plus, the archived page of the original source article does not show that Jinny actually won! This archived screenshot of the Streamer Awards winners page does show all of the winners.
I would like to have the following content added to the Jinnytty article:
Jinny was featured in quite a few national news media in Turkey, including CNN Turkey where she became instantly famous there as "Taxi Girl." A taxi driver there scammed her with a high fare and the national news media picked up the story. I would like to add this story to her Wikipedia article but I don't know how to track down those sources because I don't know the language. All I have is her YouTube video where she showed the national news media covering her story. I don't know if her video is good enough source material even though it does show the media coverage.
There are numerous other times that she has been featured in the news media because of things that have happened to her. Such as:
Jinny falls into a hole while walking at night.
Jinny receives $10,000 donation.
Jinny had a stalker while in Taiwan.
Jinny gets robbed several times.
