"Recent work" section

[edit]

An entire section ("Growing recognition") was blanked by an editor, with no entry or discussion on this page. I disagree with the blanking of a section that is relevant, accurate, current, and sourced. I restored the section and, to address the editor's concern, I re-titled it as "Recent work."

Please be more deliberate before blanking entire sections of a carefully researched and properly sourced article. AWB is a very poor substitute for informed judgment.

Copypasted duplicate content trimmed

[edit]

I have removed some copypasted book information in the author article, and some author information in the book article respectively. Content should not be copypasted and duplicated. Related articles can include a short summary (or just a mention), but most of the more detailed information should be provided in the sub-topic's separate article (Wikipedia:Summary style).
