Jorge Batlle Ibáñez → Jorge Batlle – The name is more commonly used without the second surname. See for example:

Google search: 52,500 for "Jorge Batlle Ibañez" (all terms toguether), 771,000 for "Jorge Batlle" minus "Ibañez"
Google book: 2,120 and 5,440 for similar searches.
The Washington Post, BBC and Reuters all call him simply Jorge Batlle, without the Ibañez surname. Cambalachero (talk) 18:20, 25 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Perhaps it should include semivowels, but I think it looks best with either a tie bar where it's relevant or without any spaces, IPA:
