Requested move

[edit]

Josef Oberhauser (Nazi)Josef Oberhauser – Requesting that this be made into the primary topic (and the disambiguation page be removed) since he is somewhat more notable than Josef Oberhauser (bobsleigh) of the same name and we have quite a bit more paper on this SS officer (much of which has not been added yet). Hoops, in line with the consensus reached back on Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Germany as to "Nazi" renames, this article title needs to be renamed. As to making him the primary, I would wait a couple of days and if no one objects, go ahead and do it. Kierzek (talk) 14:21, 14 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Support I Googled "josef oberhauser" -wikipedia and this guy certainly looks like primary topic. Kauffner (talk) 14:51, 15 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

  • Support. Got similar results to Kauffner when I googled and the page views show that last month the Nazi war criminal was viewed 336 times, compared to 55 times for the bobsleder. In my opinion, >6 times more page views is enough to establish a primary topic. Also, if this RM is successful, the dab page does not need to be moved, it can simply be deleted and a hatnote placed on the bobsleder's article per WP:TWODABS.  Done - I've moved the article as requested per the above discussion. Hatnotes need to be sorted out for both articles. This article needs inline citations. Further info may be found by searching The Times archives (most UK libraries have subscriptions). Mjroots (talk) 08:50, 22 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
