Martin Haven definitely talked on the broadcast from Altenberg about how both Dutch women were in danger of not meeting the Dutch qualification standards despite being in position to earn two quota spots for Pyeongchang. With her seventh-place finish at Altenberg, Bos met the standard (Martin said it was two finishes in eighth or higher position) but Le Conte hasn't fared that well this year. The challenge is that the only English-language source I know of is the IBSF TV commentary, and that's not really usable for our purposes. There's a Dutch-language press release that I cited in Bos's article, but it doesn't say a word about Le Conte, or even mention that the NOC refused the second quota.
