Although the corresponding Japanese entry lists the 読み (reading) for that one complex ligature as まいらせさうらふ (mairasesaurafu), this is nonsensical as a "pronunciation". Digging in to the corresponding entry shows that this is a JIS X 4063 rendering of the character - i.e., wapuro romaji (what you would type in a Japanese word processor to get the ligature, if available). The 発音 (pronunciation) is given on that page in IPA as maiɾasesoːɾoː - i.e., mairasesourou or mairasesōrō (using macrons) in either Hepburn or kunrei-shiki romanization. This also concurs with the reading of the corresponding kanji.
