The image on the page is a propogated hybrid and is not the natural Kangaroo paw The natural kangaroo paw has a single flower on each stem and the stem is also coloured the same as the flower Gnangarra 10:39, 26 September 2005 (UTC)


I changed the referral to black swan as the fauna emblem becasue the correct one is the numbat reference Perth Zoo

Does anyone know how the Kangaroo Paw, Salt Bush, and the Sturt's Desert Pea have managed to adapt to their particular desert environment. Thanking you in advance....

Kangaroo Paw doesnt grow in a desert enviroment it native only to SW of WA Gnangarra 10:47, 3 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

merge proposal

I think it better to merge the unique facts in this article to the genus Anigozanthus, leaving a dab for the species which are separated from the catspaws of the same genus (citing Hopper). ~ cygnis insignis 13:17, 19 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]
