Mount Myōjin

[edit]

The article has not been created yet, but I set the link for 明神山 to Mount Myōjin (Kongō Range). There are 30 other mountains in Japan named ja:明神山, and another mountain in Nara Prefecture named 明神岳, which also translates to Mount Myōjin. So for disambiguation I thought we could name the article for this one after the range instead of the prefecture.– Margin1522 (talk) 23:50, 22 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

明神岳 would be Myōjin Peak. I'm fine either way for the name of Mount Myōjin, though I translated as Myōjin Mountain to try and differentiate between 山 as "-san" and "-yama", since you can have mountains over here with "Mountain" or "Mount" before or after. ···日本穣? · 投稿 · Talk to Nihonjoe · Join WP Japan! 03:27, 23 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
IC, so it's the pronunciation, not the height. Fine, let's go with that. – Margin1522 (talk) 04:07, 23 April 2015 (UTC)|[reply]
