Contested deletion

[edit]

This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because the person was an important anthropologist who carried out an extensive anthropological study in Sierra Leone. She was the wife of Michael Katakis with whom she collaborated. Katakis is a noted writer and photographer who has won many awards. I propose doing a Wikipedia article on him in the near future. --Collywolly (talk) 23:31, 24 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Contested deletion

[edit]

This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because she was a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society, a notable achievement in itself. — Diverman (talk) 07:12, 25 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]
