I notice that the Krotekaker article has been tagged as not having enough sources. Alas, I have to admit to some original research which seems to be frowned upon. I received much of the information, along with the photographs for the article, from those who practice the tradition in Norway. It correlated with stories from my grandmother. I can personally attest to the recipe as I have made the flatbread in question using one of the rare rolling pins from my grandmother.

I can offer http://www.suldal-turistkontor.no/index.php?Lang=EN&ID=34 as proof that Krotekaker is eaten in Norway (as well as a Russian source http://dic.academic.ru/dic.nsf/enwiki/900247), but most sources I find actually refer to the article I wrote (So I guess that makes me the expert). I think this page should be moved to krotekake. Krotekaker is the plural noun, krotekake is the singular noun. --Petter Per (talk) 13:33, 4 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
