Cleanup
[edit]I don't feel as though the article is good enough. I did do some minor edits for grammer and such, and I removed some repetitive parts, but I haven't gotten past episode 40, so anyone want to finish the job? --Raiknii 20:19, 7 February 2006 (UTC)
Cleanup
[edit]I improved the grammar and diction of the paragraph on the Tezuka Zone. Slashtap3 05:38, 6 August 2006 (UTC)Slashtap3 8/06/06
Cleanup
[edit]I've added actor info for Tezuka, but that means we'd have to do it for pretty much all of the other Seigaku members, but for now, I'v only done Tezuka.
Plus, I've added a character bar for him, so if anyone has more info on Tezuka's stats, feel free to add on.
I've added actor info for all Seigaku members now.--Vera26 09:01, 13 July 2006 (UTC)
- But the Tenimyu actor info doesn't look the same as all the Seigaku actors, and I've repeatedly fixed it but it keeps being changed back. Jedi Striker 16:55, 30 April 2008 (UTC)
Fandom
[edit]I don't think this segment is objective at all. It's a fanbase subjective opinion. I've removed it from the article.
"Due to his complex personality traits and his portrayal in doujinshii, lots of fanfiction authors write Tezuka in the following ways:
- sexually and emotionally frigid;
- fully submissive to a "stronger" lover (usually Atobe or Fuji, sometimes Sanada or Captain Yamato);
- fully dominant towards a "weaker" lover (usually Fuji or Ryoma);
- stoic to the point of cruelty or martyrdom;
- a sort of Buster Keaton clone;
- a tragic figure who is a victim of himself and everyone else, specially his love intrest or family.
Tezuka's family is also highly misportrayed in fanon, either as evil and bigoted homo-haters who reject him for being homosexual or bisexual without second thoughts, or as ultra-super-acceptant yaoi fans who won't even think of any upcoming consequences.
Tezuka's most popular love intrests in fanfiction are: Atobe, Ryoma, Fuji, Oishi, Sanada (sometimes). Some het fans also pair him up with Sakuno Ryuzaki, Fuji's sister Yumiko, or Chitose Senri's younger sister Miyuki (manga only). He's also a very common target of the Mary Sue type fan-created characters."

Intraschool Matches
[edit]Should Tezuka's match with Fuji be added in with the Intraschoolm atches, even though it was only anime? Jedi Striker, 21 June 2008, 00:44 (UTC)
- Since it's perceived as non-canon, it's unnecessary in that section; matches section deals with official canon matches. Besides, it's already mentioned in the Other media section. DarkAngel █▀▀007▄▄█ 04:58, 21 June 2008 (UTC)
