Not a reliable source

[edit]

How is this a reliable source? It's a site created by a football fan that has no references for the information listed. The only mentions I can find of Bob Dunning and his fan site are from other fan sites. I thought that verifiable, reliable sources were a must for content in BLPs? The fact that it has gone unchallenged for years is completely irrelevant, things often slip under the radar for years. Is there something I'm missing? – 2.O.Boxing 16:59, 30 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

The information is easily verifiable, see e.g. this and this. Feel free to replace the source, but do not remove the information. GiantSnowman 07:22, 31 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
So the answer to my question is, "no, you're right, it's not a reliable source in any sense, but I can't be bothered to do anything about it. You do it." Marvellous lol but, I don't fancy doing your job for you, so no thanks.
