People of Croatian Descent

Can this be added as an extra section? Most of the people on this list are not Croatian. Sean Fitzpatrick is on this list. He is born and raised in New Zealand, and in a DNA test, his heritage said that he was of 95% Irish and 5% Croatian descent (apparently he had a great-great grandmother who was either Croatian, or of Croatian descent). That should not qualify a person to be on a Wikipedia list of people from that country. There are numerous other examples, mostly Croatian-Americans, that have neither lived in Croatia, or represented Croatia in their sport of choice.
