I'm speechless

[edit]

This article needs severe work. Not only does it have more trivia than you could possibly tolerate reading, it uses eye-scarring colour themed infoboxes. Who did that? Anytime some of the character profiles could have some information would be helpful...--tjstrf 21:34, 17 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Randall Brackett (talk · contribs). These godawful infoboxes are why I made {{General CVG character}}. In general, lists don't need infoboxes, though. - A Man In Bl♟ck (conspire | past ops) 22:45, 17 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Man In Black, you're welcome to change the infoboxes to the general syntax at anytime. -Randall Brackett 20:56, 30 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]
I think infoboxes are needed, but the normal ones. My logic is because, eventually, I hope each of these characters are merged out and given their own articles like the rest of the KOF characters.--SeizureDog 15:39, 16 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]
  • I want that, too. This article has various interesting profiles that can be merge out as single profiles, but I see nothing do something to do it. Well, I'll start changing that, starting with Nagase. Basara-kun 15:57, 9 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
OK, starting with Nagase (The King of Fighters). It's your turn now ;) Basara-kun 17:22, 9 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
So we're taking turns now, is that the deal? :P Fine, Lien Neville was split off.--SeizureDog 23:43, 9 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Augh, please stop. These entries are terrible, and need to be drastically summarized unless someone comes up with some reliable, independent sources we can attribute. - A Man In Bl♟ck (conspire | past ops) 22:26, 12 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I've been working on it.--SeizureDog 05:08, 13 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
The MI2 site has LOADS of info. Use it to your advantage.Mgbenz 14:23, 13 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:NinonBeart.jpg

[edit]

Image:NinonBeart.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Xiao Lon and Mizoguchi?

[edit]

Shouldn't Xiao Lon and Mizoguchi (from KOF Maximum Impact Regulation "A") be in that list? I guess Mizoguchi would fall in the "guest character" category... 88.161.129.43 (talk) 17:24, 5 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Yes they should. FightingStreet (talk) 17:25, 5 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
What about B. Jenet, Lilly Kane, Richard Meyer, then? They were never playable in the series before, so does that make them "guest characters" as well? And then, there's Armor Ralf, Mr. Karate, Nightmare Geese and "Kyō Classic"... Dismissable as mere variants? 88.161.129.43 (talk) 17:42, 5 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
A simple, short paragraph listing them should be enough. Wikilinks are there to give more information (since B. Jenet's section is on the Fatal Fury characters page; Geese's is on his own article; etc.). FightingStreet (talk) 17:50, 5 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
English isn't my first language, so I'll just try and add a template for Xiao Lon for now... 88.161.129.43 (talk) 18:11, 5 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

"KOF"

[edit]

I believe the title of this series is just "KOF Maximum Impact", not "The King of Fighters: Maximum Impact"... 88.161.129.43 (talk) 18:11, 5 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Need Images

[edit]

Aside from the above message from MR.Boto, there should be more images in the article for these characters. Having only Nagase -well until it gets erased- is kinda sad. Sake neko (talk) 05:28, 14 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
