Broken pencil of an article[edit]

Isn't this the very definition of an article that can't possibly grow beyond a stub? Is there any reason to have it at all, unless there's an absolute requirement to have a "List of cities in" article for every country, regardless? Alai 14:21, 3 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Many countries and territories have "List of cities, towns, and settlements..." articles. This could easily be converted into that and extended further. Surely there is more than one settlement in T&C. Grutness...wha? 10:31, 24 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]
