Update lists please[edit]

Hello, there seem to be 2 lists for NWFP/KP, one is a yellow one and the other below it, is grey. The yellow list seems ok, but the grey one lists many sites , in its start, which are NOT in Abbottabad (as stated therein) but actually in Haripur district. This is a somewhat more recent district carved out of Abbottabad, so maybe the information is old/outdated? If so, Id request the regular editors of this page to kindly make the necessary corrections, thanks. AsadUK200 (talk) 01:25, 13 June 2014 (UTC)AsadUK200[reply]

AsadUK200, these lists are work in progress. Please feel free to correct/expand and help us along. Samar Talk 19:10, 13 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Samar, thanks for your prompt reply baitay. I'm sorry but I dont know what to do with the two lists, or how or where to begin. They seem to be quite mixed up. At least, if there were one combined/consolidated list, one could work on it slowly and gradually, checking and cross checking present sources and sites; but the two separate lists one with the color-coding and the other without, are very confusing for someone like me who isnt very proficient with these tools. I hope, again, that the regular editors will evolve some sort of useful mechanism or system for this process. Many good wishes and thanks again, AsadUK200 (talk) 01:14, 14 June 2014 (UTC)AsadUK200[reply]
We will make the corrections, can you please mention here which data is erroneous. This was obtained from Pakistan Environmental Protection Agency Report of 1998 so the information is very outdated. Unfortunately we cannot find a more recent government report enlisting archaeological sites in Pakistan. Samar Talk 08:44, 14 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Good morning. I have made a few corrections updating information, which I personally knew. Im retired professor of History. There are no updated lists but some more sites and some of these sites in Mansera area, are available with Hazara University, they made a research study some few years ago. 39.54.140.98 (talk) 05:50, 15 June 2014 (UTC)Prof (r) Hilda Khan, Mansehra, Pakistan[reply]
It is me again. Some regular editor has changed the information again, back to old one. How can I provide citations for information that is not bookish, its physical verification and updating of old one? Actually all the list from 1st item to Kamalpur are now in Haripur district, Hazara, no longer Abbotabad. I hope someone will have common sense and make needful corrections. Good bye 39.54.27.193 (talk) 06:12, 15 June 2014 (UTC)Prof (r) Hilda Khan[reply]
