Support 1st but sceptical on 2nd - the dance track was a No.60 in UK and books give equal weight to the Rush song and the book. All looks rather WP:NOPRIMARYish with a generic title that's bound to be used again in future. Would rather see Losing It (disambiguation) at basename. - I can understand that POV. I think it's worth noting, before discussion proceeds further, that a Google Search almost exclusively yields results for the song – one of which was this Billboard article which discusses the song and its impact in depth.
