The Name Meaning[edit]

The name meaning stated in the article does have *some* factual basis - there was possibly (she existed so long ago it's hard to figure out whether she's a myth or based upon a real person) a historical figure called Lucretia, and even Shakespeare wrote a poem about her. I somewhat doubt that the names just happen to be similar. However, you probably are right with the original research bit, so I will endevour to find some form of official evidence that the names were deliberately styled so that they were similar.--Froglet42 12:55, 17 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]
