[edit]I think the statements made about Palin on this page lack a neutral point of view. The actual radio interview (which can be found here ) shows that the comments are in response to a questionable move by Lyda Green to reschedule Palin's state of Alaska address to a time that would conflict with her son's graduation. She had also had a long-standing political rivalry with Palin, as Palin had passed several measures in conflict with Republicans. I believe that these things should also be mentioned in the article and somebody should find some good sources to back them up (in addition to the actual interview), as the radio interview alone probably isn't enough.
In addition, the sources already used are rather questionable (a liberal-slanted blog, an op-ed entry, and a Youtube video?), and the way it is written right now is much more Palin-centric than Green-centric, which doesn't fit in an article about Green. It needs some serious work to fix these two problems. 12.205.102.112 (talk) 05:18, 14 September 2008 (UTC)
- Address the issue by improving the article. I think it's quite neutral and accurate. Everyme 13:28, 15 September 2008 (UTC)
- I thought it sounded more like an attack, so I re-worded it, shortened it to a more appropriate length, and added a bit of context (which also more strongly relates the event to Green). I was unable to find Alaskan news articles about the scheduling controversy (aside from this interview and slight mentions in blogs). If anybody can find reliable sources that explain what happened in either the scheduling controversy or the reaction to the interview, please feel free add them to the page. 12.205.102.112 (talk) 14:12, 8 October 2008 (UTC)
