This article is a diamond in the rough. I plan to fix it in the next month. Consider holding back then come out with a bang so it can be entered into DYK. DYK requires 5x expansion right away so incremental fixing makes it ineligible for DYK. If I don't fix it by the end of July, feel free to fix it.
