Redirect rationale

I hemmed and hawed over this, but ultimately decided to redirect this to 1958_Notting_Hill_race_riots#Majbritt_Morrison. The reason being is that Morrison isn't really independently notable outside of the riot and anything that can be said about her was easily merged into the main article for the riot.
