Family name

Hammer and Sickle controversy

Has the controversy and subsequent apology regarding Mark Keam's flashing of a USSR symbol, claimed to be a joke, in response to his colleague's debate of a tax bill, gotten to a level of notoriety or significance enough to warrant an entry on this page?
