Edge of Reason v Age of Reason

[edit]

This article says "John Farnham's solo album Edge of Reason, which went 11 x platinum." however I think the album title should be Age of Reason can anyone confirm or change this?— Rod talk 18:30, 4 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

You are correct, and this has already been updated. Design (talk) 01:17, 16 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Ad template

[edit]

@FMSky, noticed you've added the ad template to the article. Are there any specific parts of the article you're proposing to remove or sources that can be used for expansion?

Article mostly consisting of notable songs and their chart performance doesn't seem great to me either (although I've found this article looking what are Mueller's most famous songs are and it was very useful), just not sure how the article can be improved in practice. There doesn't seem to be a lot of in-depth coverage of Mueller otherwise. PaulT2022 (talk) 16:02, 30 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

its not so much a specific part but rather the article as a whole. basically its all just naming his achievements and theres even a seperate section titled "Gold and Platinum Records" --FMSky (talk) 16:04, 31 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Isn't it how articles about musicians are usually written per guidelines - featuring notable works? I don't edit biographies often and may be missing something.
I've seen the edit history and do get the reasons for suspecting the content of this article to be inappropriately slanted towards promotional, but my impression from googling about Mueller is that in his case there's no obvious coverage of his work that goes beyond his achievements. If that's indeed the case, then not sure I understand the rationale for tagging the article if there are no known sources for improving it. I didn't do a proper sources' search past couple of the first Google pages though. PaulT2022 (talk) 16:29, 31 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
