The result of the move request was: moved. Possible WP:TWODABS situation now, mitigated by the "See also" section. -- JHunterJ (talk) 14:45, 30 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]

– His page could be better, but it's obvious the director is main topic, here. Mark Waters (politician) is obscure and not especially important from my understanding, and he doesn't get many hits, usually 0 a day. Meanwhile, the director average 130. --Quiz shows 17:59, 20 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]

  • Weak support per nom since the director's article is in pretty poor shape – surely there is more to be said about him than that? But in terms of usage and as the director of several high profile and successful films, he is clearly of greater prominence than the obscure politican. • I generally do not support removing the parenthetical disambiguation, except in extremely obvious cases. This is especially true with people. (If another Mark Waters rose to prominence this move may need to be reversed.) I would not oppose a redirect from the primary title, if disambiguation of incoming links has been completed — Martin (MSGJ · talk) 06:28, 29 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
